In one of the town’s most sought after areas sits Severn Scape: a development featuring six stunning apartments, complete with panoramic views of the Bristol Channel.

These exquisite homes required a brand to match – we were tasked with producing an aspirational identity for the development to help it attract an affluent audience.

The vision

Severn Scape needed an opulent feel to win over its intended occupants. We opted for an exclusive feel, elevating the building’s status by producing high quality, bespoke individually addressed invitations to be sent to prospective buyers.

A seafoam green colour scheme alongside cyanotype style toned black and white imagery and maritime-inspired logo give the brand nostalgic seaside appeal, alluding to the gorgeous coastal views that the property is named after.

The outcome

Our brand for Severn Scape encapsulates understated luxury beside the sea without resorting to coastal clichés, and has helped the developer to stir up excitement among potential buyers.
